The Ford F-250 Super Chief

The New York Auto Show is underway, and while I was browsing around, I saw this:

The Ford F-250 Super Chief Concept. Now that's a truck.

Besides the fact that this thing has more grill than Mike Jones, it looks pretty cool. It's got a supercharged V-10 engine that incorperates what Ford calls the Tri-Flex engine, which allows this thing to run on hydrogen, E85 ethanol or gasoline. It is also said to be able to run for 500 miles before it needs to be filled up, although the tank size hasn't been specified, so that's useless information.

Besides its semi-revolutionary concepts under the hood, the cabin is what really looks cool.

Not necessarily for the driver, but for the back seat passengers. They have huge club chairs that have individual cushions and armrests. Here's the best part though: They have ottomans! They deploy from the floor and give the passenger a comfort option seen in no other truck, let alone any vehicle out there. I would definitely call backseat if I was riding in this thing. Also, the roof is apparently all glass, lined on the inside by a leather grid, a "railway viewing car" look as Ford puts it. That's kind of cool, but I hope there's a way to shut them, cause that in the sun could get very annoying.

I'm not sure who the market would be for this truck, but it sure looks cool. Anyways, check it out, along with some others at the show here.
