New Header

I think this is going to be my new blog header. The only thing left to do now is find out how to put it up. Anybody know how? Besides changing my whole template?

UPDATE:
Here's the new look! As you can see, I made a few changes to the header, and clearly, I found out how to put it up, but I had to sacrifice the template I've come to know and love. Hope you don't miss it. Anyways, there it is. What do you guys think? How are my Photoshop skills?
