Jimmy Fallon Pepsi Commercial
You know, I did a whole thing a few days ago about how I hate the Burger King ads, and I still do, no doubt about that. But today, I realized that there is a commercial out there that I like. Pepsi has a commercial in which Jimmy Fallon and Parker Posey (the girl with braces in Best in Show) spot each other on the street and break out into a 20 second dance routine. It's hillarious! They both dance funny, and the music really helps. I bet that Pepsi tastes pretty bad by the end though, all flat from being shaken up pretty good. Click the picture to watch it. 
Pepsi has had a strong ad campaign lately, but only because they have enlisted the talents of big celebrities. They really aren't doing anything that creative. This is as creative as they've been in a while. They seem to think they need Kanye West, David Beckham, and Shakira to sell soda. Whatever works I guess. They really only have to stay where they are, because Coke is doing all the work for them. Coke is coming up way short in the ads (well, besides this commercial, which makes me really want a Diet Coke), and the brand is so confused right now with all those different kinds: Cherry Coke, Vanilla Coke, Black Cherry Vanilla Coke, Coke Zero, Coke with lime, Diet Coke with Splenda, Diet Coke without Splenda, and now Coke Blak, a blend of soda and coffee apparently. Coffee and Coke? If I wanted to throw up I'd stick my finger in my mouth. They need to get their act together, seriously.
Anyways, watch Pepsi's ad, watch Kate Beckinsale in a bikini (the Coke ad), and then watch the Pepsi commercial again. And again, and again. It's hillarious.

if it was not for the fact that i'm feeling lazy i would have move my freakin' finger and watch the clip..but today i am..so maybe someday..
though i didn't get to watch it..tats ok..cos at the end of the day..coke still ups my day anytime compared to pepse...way way way too flat for my liking..i want my drink frizzy fizz..not flater than a runaway... =)

Dude, living in the coffee capital of the US, all I can say is Coke Blak is revolutionizing the caffeine industry. Can't decide if you want sweet caffeine or bitter caffeine? Go with Blak. Plus, I guarentee the new mixed drink sweeping the nation next year will be something I call the Good Morning. Blak, with a shot of rum and a shot of either Bailey's or Kaluha. It basically combines the greatness of rum and coke, with the greatness of Bailey's and coffee, into one stupendously alcoholic drink.
As for the commerical, I do prefer Pepsi commercials on the whole, but I really hate Jimmy Fallon. Like, really, really hate Jimmy Fallon. As in I'd kill him if I was forty percent sure I'd get away with it. He needs to die a slow painful death, that's all I'm saying. Anyway, is the commercial really that funny in concept, or is it funny because two white people are dancing, which is always good for a laugh.
