Bubba Ho-Tep 2, kinda.

I'm sure plenty of people, probably the majority actually, haven't even heard this movie. Well, it's not weird if you haven't. It couldn't find a distributor to give it a wide release, so it went under the radar. However, as many movies do, this one picked up a cult following on DVD, and apparently it was enough to merit a sequel, well, a prequel actually. The prequel is going to be titled Bubba Nosferatu and the Curse of the She-Vampires, and IMDb has the synopsis:

This prequel to Bubba Ho-Tep finds Elvis shooting a film in Louisiana when he runs afoul of a coven of she-vampires.

That's enough to get my $7. But there's better news. Not only is Bruce Campbell back, but Paul Giamatti is going to be joining him! Man, sounds like this is going to be one terrific B-movie, but from Bruce Campbell, I expect nothing less. It's slated to come out in '08. More when more comes.
