AdSense Coming, Just an Experiment

I have written on this blog for almost a year and a half now, and I love it. Blogging has really become a hobby of mine. It's never been anything more than that, and it most likely will never be anything more than that. I do it because of the satisfaction I get from it, and as stupid (or relatable) as that may sound, it's the truth. It's a medium through which I can express what I think, no matter what that is (which is the beauty of blogging), and I value that freedom. I just like writing on this thing, plain and simple.

I say all of this because I'm doing a little experiment, and don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. I've always been curious about how people make money online, and so I'm implementing AdSense. AdSense is a Google application that puts ads on your website. When users click on those ads, the companies that place the ads are charged a small fee which they pay to Google, who then pays a portion of that to the site owner. Google really has become an advertising giant, and so I want to try this service to see how it works.

So, long story short, you will soon see ads on the sides of this site, but it won't change the content I put on the site. I'm not selling out guys! I won't whore myself out for money! Alright, yes I would, but not like this, it's just an experiment, I assure you.
