The Halo video game franchise is among the very best when it comes to first person shooters, and the third installment is set to hit store shelves this fall. My friends and I basically had a 24 hour Halo marathon a few weekends ago which reignited my addiction to those games, so now I'm looking forward to Halo 3 like crazy. That being said, I run into a problem in that I don't have an XBox 360. I have the original, but I'm not sure it's coming out for that, and even if it is, it needs to be played on the 360. Conveniently for me, Microsoft has just dropped the prices, so I think I am going to buy one. Not sure which version (anyone have suggestions?), but I want to get one for sure. Then, when I go back to school and back to our big hi def tv, which, while not super crisp, is still hi def, I'll be able to waste my days killing grunts (maybe online), my favorite past time. I can't wait.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, the new Halo Mountain Dew flavor, Game Fuel, isn't that good.
