In The News: Mac leads in customer satisfaction














According to a recent survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Apple leads the personal computer industry in customer satisfaction. With a 100 point scale, Apple scored an 83, leading the second place competitor, Dell, by 5 points. Apple vaulted up 2.5% from last year, and is up almost 8% since 1995, the year the survey first measured this industry. Dell also rose from last year, dispite a decrease in market share and earnings.
