We'll have to see about this one. I'm 50/50 on it right now. The trailer makes it look pretty badass (click the movie poster to see it), and the website is pretty cool, but it's directed by the same guy who did Daredevil, and we all know how that turned out. Hopefully this does 1 of 2 things: 1) Does really well and almost reinvents the comic book film genre (I'm not holding my breath), or 2) Does so terribly that not only does the director (Mark Steven Johnson) stop making bad movies, but no more comic book movies are made unless they are really, really good for fear that this will happen to them. I do have to ask that you check out this trailer too. It's for Luke Wilson's new comedy (no, not one he wrote unfortunately), and it is really funny. It's called "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" and stars Uma Thurman. I think the movie will bomb, but this trailer is hillarious! Check it out.
